1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Parable Post (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a minor child, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian.

2. Service Description

Parable Post generates personalized letters and stories for children using artificial intelligence, based on information provided by parents/guardians. Letters may be delivered digitally and/or physically by mail.

3. Parental Consent (COPPA)

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account. By creating an account and providing information about your child, you provide verifiable parental consent for the collection and use of that information solely for the purpose of generating personalized letters.

You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your child’s profile or contacting us.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content

Stories generated by the Service are created using AI and are provided for entertainment and educational purposes. While we strive for age-appropriate, positive content, AI-generated text may occasionally require parental review. Parents are encouraged to read letters with or before giving them to children.

You retain the right to use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed as described at the time of purchase.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including our COPPA compliance measures.

8. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data (including all child profiles and generated letters) at any time through your dashboard. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
